Life365 is a patented award-winning Virtual Care platform creating a frictionless connection from the Provider to Patient, no matter where they are located.  Life365 interfaces to over 550+ medical devices for the home and has a strategic partner relationship with Microsoft Cloud for Health which connects to over 1000+ health systems.   Life365 has been issued 9 strategic US patents for the next generation of AI driven wearables, sensors and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM).   Life365 has recently signed a major 8-year subcontract agreement to provide Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) services to the US Veterans Administration (VA) with a total contract value starting at between $90M - $180M.   Dicks is instrumental in acquiring companies in a fragment Digital Health space to buildout a robust / comprehensive Virtual Care / Intelligent Digital Therapeutic Platform (iDTx).​​

MedApps was acquired by Alere, Inc. (July 2012), a rapid diagnostics company with $3BN in sales in over 50 countries with 17,000 employees and listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Headed Alere’s Connected Health R&D division called Alere Connect, based in Scottsdale, AZ. Alere’s Connected Health division included Alere Connect, Wellogic (HIE), DiagnosisOne (Analytics) and Alere Informatics. During time with Alere, Alere Connect created 2 additional hub M2M devices for remote health monitoring, including HomeLink and MobileLink, in addition to completion of the CloudCare Platform and HealthCom, a light patient monitoring and inventory management system.​​

Developed MedApps from concept to acknowledged industry innovator, setting precedent in the emerging field of mHealth. Developed and manufactured a comprehensive suite of remote health monitoring products, including the HealthPAL using M2M technology. Developed a cloud-based infrastructure to effectively integrates with patient EHR/PHR records. Built a strong quality and regulatory foundation, achieving 4 FDA clearances, CE Marks, FCC and UL certifications. Achieved 17 issued patents in remote health monitoring and personal emergency response systems (PERS), registered over 20 trademarks, and garnered numerous awards.​​
